Ingredients
Beef/Chicken
Cabbage
Carrot
Curry powder
Onion
Salt
Spring Onion
Vegetable/Olive Oil
Water
Fresh Onion
Green peas
Method
Clean and cut beef/ chicken into small pieces.
Cut the vegetables
Heat oil in a pot and add the meat.
Stir and let the meat become brown.
Add curry powder, fresh onion, spring onion , cucumber and carrot.
Stir for 3-4 minutes then add green peas. Stir for 1 more minute.
Add few cups of water and allow to boil.
Serve with rice or any other food.
Voila, the finished product looks just like this, but you can add any vegetables you want aside the ones I mentioned.
