 Michelle was a promising young girl who had everything, she had a good job. She was already a manager at the age of 26; she had everything going on for her.

She was working in one of the multinational companies. During the course of her work, she met this young charming guy called Caise. 

 Caise got attracted to Michelle the first time he set his eyes on her but he wanted to know her the more, so he started a conversation with her when he saw her struggling with a tray of food at the company’s café, he decided to offer help to her.

She was amazed at his kind gesture for trying to help her out, they sat down at the same table, he ordered for a can of soda and immediately they started talking about different things as if they had known each other for a very long time.

Caise works in a financial institution as an auditor, he was in his early 30s. He comes from an average family. He has two sisters and a brother. He is doing pretty very well as a young guy with a house of his own. He had already established himself, he did not want to depend on his parents for anything, so he decided to invest in other areas such as setting up a photography studio because he derives pleasure in such.

Michelle and Caise did not know they attended the same church, it was during the course of their conversation they got to know more about each other.

What are the qualities of a good marriage

Recently, I went for a wedding and the minister cited some qualities of a good marriage, he said beauty, money is needed for a good marriage but in all these if ''LOVE'' is absent then the marriage will fall apart like a pack of cards.

He further said beauty will fade, money might not be there all the time because challenges may come up but ''LOVE'' will stand the test of time.

Why did I capitalise the word ''LOVE'', this word has become very common  among people who are in a relationship or even married, they tend to disabuse the word.
If you truly love someone, it will come from your heart coupled with actions that will make the person value you.

My own opinion of LOVE is understanding, sacrifice, sincerity, tolerance, caring, humility and so on.
If the foundation of your relationship is not based on ''LOVE' then am sorry, when situations of life come up, it will be very difficult to weather the storms.

To me, LOVE has become so complicated that I find it very hard to grasp maybe because of you are not sure if the person truly means it from his or her heart, or the person just wants to use you to get something in return.

If you don't love yourself you can never love anyone that is the first step in building a lasting relationship that will culminate into a wonderful marriage.

I will say LOVE is the ingredient that makes marriage sweet and refreshing.
Just remember I love you all and I await your comments.

What are you sowing into your life

 

Imagine a luscious field of land such as this, just think of what brought about it, it includes so much preparation and positive approach and other factors that came into play.

This picture is compared to words which I use interchangeably as seeds because words can bring about this luscious harvest or a sparsely field. It is up to us.
What words are you sowing in your life. Words are like seeds which germinate after a period of time either by watering the plant as it grows, trimming it and other necessary steps taken to ensure the seed produce a good harvest.
What seeds are we sowing in our lives through the words of our mouth.
Our mouth is the channel or tool we use to speak out these words
Are we being positive about what we say or negative?
These seeds(words) might not develop now but in the later run we will start seeing the results.
A farmer who wants the seeds planted on his farm to yield great harvest will ensure he waters his seeds, uproot weeds(negativity) around him and check on his plants day to day.
What books do we read to bring about a positive outlook to our lives, sometimes we are moved by day to day happenings of things around the world that we just believe it will not work out.
A closed mouth is a closed destiny, open your mouth wide.

Anxiety

Anxiety is a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome.
Anxiety could be so detrimental if not properly curtailed or controlled.
I know sometimes we fret about so many things such as when will I get a job, when will I get married, who is the right person for me, will I get that promotion......e.t.c.
I know how it can be, we are human beings and we are not always satisfied with what we have, who we are, we want more, more and more
But the bible says 'Be anxious for nothing but by prayer and supplication make your request known to God'.
It is not like am not perturbed about certain issues of my life but worrying will not solve matters because the more I am worried about something does not mean it will go.
I have seen things happening in my lives by worrying less and handing it over to God. Am not trying to be a saint but there is a great deal prayers can do.
There were some things in my life that happened and am like God why did all these happen to me but it made me understand myself more and get closer to God.
I had envisioned what I wanted my life to be and when it did not happen that way, I kept worrying that what did I do wrong, if I had done so and so it would not have been that way.
Anyways I just want you to know that no matter what challenges you are going through there will always be light at the end of the tunnel.
God makes things beautiful in his time, just be still and hold on.
