I can laugh
Because God took away the tough
No matter the situation
I am able to climb the heights of my destination
He enlarges my coast beyond human capacity
That is why I call Him my capability
I can of my own self do nothing
That is the reason why He can do something
He traverses the spheres of life for me
So I can appreciate Him more on a daily basis
Lord you are the King of Kings
No one can compare your glory to things
You are beyond human comprehension
That is why the world cannot stop praising you
When I am down
You lift me up
You made me know you more
Without any heart torture
You are more than able...............................Bosun Adeoba

BENEFITS OF SWIMMING

1. Heart Helper
Swimming provides unparalleled cardiovascular conditioning, provided you practice consistently and with good technique. While other forms of exercise may be more effective at elite levels (such as running or cycling), incorporating swimming into a cross-training routine and pushing yourself in practice will result in overall improved fitness.

2. Balance Your Build
Swimming builds longer, leaner muscles that complement the shorter denser muscles that develop from weight training. These "swimmer's muscles" also help boost metabolism to keep calories burning longer.

3. Cross-training
Swimming not only boosts cardiovascular capacity while increasing muscle strength, but it also gives your body a break from higher-impact activities like basketball, running, and weightlifting. By creating a balanced workout routine, athletes avoid injury by allowing their body time to heal, while not forgoing daily training sessions.

4. Increased Flexibility
A heated pool relaxes muscles, increasing flexibility and enabling important stretching. Also, after intense lactic-acid-building endurance workouts (running, cycling, weights), an easy swim helps flush out toxins preventing muscle tightness and soreness the following day.

WHAT TO DO WHILE YOU ARE WAITING
If there is one thing people in our generation hate to do, it is to wait. And why should we? We can Google questions rather than wait for an answer. We can order shoes online rather than suffering the long weekend lines at the retail store. We can even book reservations ahead of time rather than waiting for a table at our favorite establishment.
But God doesn’t operate any faster in the twenty-first century than He did in the first. And so while we rush ourselves, we can’t rush God. In fact, much of life is spent waiting.

Waiting for a response to a book proposal
Waiting to hear from a potential employer
Waiting for a medical diagnosis
While our natural inclination is to hate waiting, this period of uncertainty can actually be a time of great personal growth. Here are three lessons I learned in the “Waiting Room” of life:
- Recognize that God is in control, even when it seems He has forgotten you. I love the words to the Old Testament prophet Habakkuk:
Look around at the nations; look and be amazed! For I am doing something in your own day, something you wouldn’t believe even if someone told you about it” (Habakkuk 1:5, NLT).Often when it seems nothing is happening is when everything is happening behind the scenes. You just can’t see it.For a few years, I felt God calling my wife and me to another ministry, but it seemed every door was closed. At times I grew restless and wondered if I had fallen into some kind of Godless abyss. What I didn’t see was the circumstances God had to work out in order to put me where I am today, senior pastor of a growing church. The machinery of God’s sovereignty was at work, unbeknownst to me. - Renew your faith in God’s quiet, steady providence. A few years ago, my wife and I were waiting on several important family and career developments. To quell my anxiety, I did a study on waiting in the Scriptures. I was amazed to find that every major figure in the Bible was forced to wait long periods of time before God brought them to a place of success.

''Dead Again" by ASA
Here are the lyrics below:
No more your freaking bullshit
No more of your talking lies
No more you putting me down
Deceptive blue eyes
Wake up and smell the coffee
Wake up and take a pill
You think I won't go on without you
Did you really think I'd fail
You really are a fool
You sentimental fool
And I kind of feel
Sorry for you
Words got around
You talking me down
But I found out
[Chorus:]
So it was you
So it was you
You pick up the knife
And you cut me in two
You stab me in the back
And then you twisted it in
Oh oh ooh
You left me for dead again
No more you playing Jesus
Why don't you pick a lane
I thought that you were normal
But you're the devil in sane
I try to keep you grounded
Cause it no good for my health
But you really can't save
A man from himself
There's so much I can take
Before I turn to break
All ties with you
Cause words got around
You talking me down
But I found out
[Chorus:]
So it was you
So it was you
You pick up the knife
And then you cut me in two
You stab me in my back
And then you twisted it in
Oh oh ooh
You left me for dead again
[Chorus:]
So it was you
You pick up the knife
And then you cut me in two
You stab me in my back
And then you twisted it in
Oh ooh
You left me for dead again
[Bridge:]
So just vamoose
You are no use
[Chorus:]
So it was you
It was really you
You picked up the knife
And then you cut me in two
You stab me in my back
And then you twisted it in
Oh ooh
You left me for dead again
You
So it was you
You picked up the knife
And then you cut me in two
You stab me in my back
And then you twisted it in
Oh ooh
You left me for dead again
Left me for dead again
DIY WIG - How to make your own wig
What you will need:
- a fitted dome cap that doesn’t have extra fabric that will need to be tied
- a thick elastic headband
- a mannequin head or a willing person that will volunteer their own head
- a needle and thread, or hair glue (whichever you prefer to use to secure the hair on the cap)
- wefted hair extensions
- a lace hair closure
- tweezers
- foundation or concealer that matches the color tone of your scalp
Steps:
1. Turn the dome cap inside out and place it on either the mannequin head or volunteer.
2. Using the needle and thread, sew the elastic band to the rim of the dome cap.
3. Turn the dome cap back to the original side and place it back on the head.
4. Take your lace closure and line up where you want the part. Either sew it or glue it onto the dome cap.
5. Take out the extension and measure it at the base of the neck, then cut off the excess hair. Sew or glue the base of the extension to the head.
6. Do this row by row until you get to the middle of the head.
7. Then start on the sides of the head by the ears, measuring the hair from the front of the scalp to wherever you stopped in the previous step.
8. Do this until you have covered the dome cap.
9. Tweeze the hairs in the lace closure to make it look like a natural part.
10. Put the foundation or concealer on the part and the edges of the hair to make it blend.

The Key of Patience
Patience is the ability to endure difficult times, being patient is a virtue. Most people are in a rush to get anything. If you are patient , that does not mean you are stupid, it just means you are waiting for the best time for things to happen.
According to Joyce Meyer, a trusting attitude and a patient attitude go hand in hand. You see, when you let go and learn to trust God, it releases joy in your life. And when you trust God, you're able to be more patient. Patience is not just about waiting for something... it's about how you wait, or your attitude while waiting.
Are you busy fretting about on what the situations of your life will be, I will want you to take a cue from this story below:
There were two trees, the apple and mango tree. The mango and apple tree were nurtured at the same time, but unluckily for the apple tree, the mango tree grew at a rapid rate and was admired by everyone that passed through the garden. The apple tree was downcast and kept asking itself why he was not highly favored, it kept blaming itself. Are you busy fretting about on what the situations of your life will be, I will want you to take a cue from this story below:
It just felt it was a nobody and nothing good could come out of it.
On a particular day, a merchant was in search of mango trees for a particular business he wanted to venture in and decided to purchase the mangoes from the owners at a ridiculous price, the owners did not agree at first but decided to let go, that was how the mango tree was chopped down and all the mangoes were collected which brought about a drastic end to the mango tree.
The apple tree was shocked at the sudden disappearance of the mango tree and decided to change its attitudes because he thought he was a nobody, not knowing that all things work together for the best.
As the apple tree started to appreciate itself, the seeds started sprouting, and apples were growing on the trees, once again passersby tend to notice the garden once more and started appreciating the beauty of the garden.
However, on a fateful day, the owners' daughter was sick and she had to stay indoors for somewhile due to her health condition. Then, after so many days, she decided to go out to receive some fresh air, she opted to stay under the apple tree and she noticed she felt much better when she was under the apple tree. Maybe the apple trees' attitudes played a big role in her life.
So, that was how the apple tree was kept and was loved by all, children from other neighborhood also came to play in the garden.
This illustrates that no matter what we are looking forward to, we should try to exercise patience and have a positive attitude during our waiting period. The apple tree thought it was not going to make it again, but once its perspectives changed everything turned around for the apple tree.
No matter what you are going through just hold on and be optimistic that everything will end well. Have a blessed day guys, love you all!!!!!!!!!
